Aly Costales has served as the Operations Manager since 2022 at our practice in Albuquerque for the past three years, where she plays a key role in ensuring the efficient daily operations of the firm. She supports both staff and financial advisors while maintaining a strong commitment to client service and satisfaction.
With a background in management and a foundation in customer service, Aly brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to financial operations. Her transition into the financial services industry has allowed her to leverage her leadership experience and passion for helping others, and she is enthusiastic about continuing to grow within the profession.
Outside of the office, Aly is a devoted wife and proud mother to six sons. She also brings a rich artistic background to her life, having spent over 30 years dancing and performing with local studios and theaters in Albuquerque. While no longer performing professionally, she remains active in the arts community through social dancing.
